John Folino
J&R Folino, LLC, Investigative Services is owned and operated by John Folino, a veteran of thirty-five years with the New York State Police. Mr. Folino retired with the rank of Colonel, last serving as Deputy Superintendent for Employee Relations, with responsibility for human resources and training. He also served as Lt. Colonel in charge of the Uniform Force and as Staff Inspector assigned to Internal Affairs.
Mr. Folino's educational credentials include:

Mr. Folino's experience in investigation and executive level policy development and implementation has provided him with a unique insight into general investigations and employee selection, retention and other internal personnel problems. Rosalie B. Folino, partner in J&R Folino, LLC, is a Paralegal and a licensed New York State Private Investigator experienced in investigations, research and witness interviews. Mrs. Folino has an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies, Schenectady County Community College (1995). She is a member of the National Council of Investigation and Security Services (NCISS).
