About John Folino - New York Private Investigator
J&R Folino, LLC. Investigative Services is owned and operated by John Folino, a veteran of thirty-five years with the New York State Police. Mr. Folino retired with the rank of colonel, last serving as Deputy Superintendent for Employee Relations, with responsibility for human resources and training. He also served as Lt. Colonel in charge of the uniform force and as staff inspector assigned to internal affairs.
Mr. Folino’s educational credentials include:

- SUNY/Empire State College, Albany, NY BS Criminal Justice and Public Administration 1990
- Numerous Certificates for Federal and State training in Emergency Management, leadership, investigations, supervision and management.
Mr. Folino’s experience in investigation and executive level policy development and implementation has provided him with a unique insight into general investigations and employee selection, retention and other internal personnel problems.
